No, IC1 tools couldnt quickly remove WRENCHES. And not cables either, cables were just MUCH less resistant then the IC² ones. Can add it to the chainsaw though, appears fitting.
honestly, i think the chainsaw sounds like an overly powered tool to use for cable removal. The vanilla shears sound much more fitting as it'd be like you were cutting the cables.

A tad expensive to build AND maintain for a simple cable removing tools. Not everyone plays with TMI.
I would suggest the ban-hammer, but it seems to have been removed....
come on, it's not so expensive... okay for just a cable removing tool yes, but you can use it for other stuff too. but you dont really need TMI just to get it within a few hours of gaming.
