I think I found it, it fixed the issue on werewolf's server at least.

You rock! It fixed my error. Now I just have to figure out why EE2 is crashing me when I try to use the transmutation table lol. But IC2 seems to be working fine!
Thanks a lot, it seems to be working just fine now.
I will confirm that this release seems to have cleared up the same issue I was having on my server.
Time to see if it holds up under severe stress....
confirmed, thank you

Well, it's falling apart under stress. I have a user who is crashing out when he encounters Copper ore from IC2. His configs match the server, and it's the negative array exception still. Not sure what's happening, but would love a point in the right direction.
His error log: http://pastebin.com/rx1ihUCj
Server console just shows a generic disconnect for a reset connection.

Three things to test for this user:
1. Update LWJGL to 2.8.3 or 2.8.4 on http://www.newdawnsoftware.com/jenkins/view/LWJGL/job/LWJGL/
2. Clear that he / she use the version of IC² uploaded today
3. Test with the newer version of NEI 1.2.2
If you have no error with forge 3.1.2.90, then an update for forge is irrelevant i think.

Jup, this solves my issues aswell Thanks man, and keep up the good work
I just tried this build on a blank map with nothing but a fibre cable in a cf block. That used to crash the server or client, or both. now it seems to be working.
Yay? how long till this hotfix makes it to the main page?
Yay, fixed here as well, thanks!
To answer my own question, the 1.95b hotfix linked on the wiki and the releases thread seems to contain this fix. You should probably use that one now.
