My windmill isn't producing any EU,i've tried a few setups but none produce EU at all.

It doesn't produce on higher height too,just printed this one to show the problem.

you must build this much higher anything below layer 64 is way to low also beware of energy loss through the cable

Place it on 200 and try again.
As well, I can't see the spot on the batbox. If it's pointing into the cable, the cable will not transmit energy into the batbox. The dot marks the OUTPUT side.
