Since you dont want people spamming areas with solar panels, I suggest one of 2 mods:
Either Advanced solar panels or compact solars.
Advanced Solars: [Addon v1.97] Advanced Solar Panels v3.0.0 ! [SSP/SMP]
Compact Solars: [IC2 1.95] [SSP/SMP/BUKKIT] CompactSolars 2.3 now available. CompactSolars is now opensource!
I believe that both of them have bukkit ports available. I think you can change the amount of EU each panel generates for advanced solars in the config, but I'm not sure about compact solars.

Very true and I already thought of this when I was making the server. I use compact solars for now although I will probably switch over to advanced. Come on the server and check it out sometime:)

Thanks. I was about to anyway. I know its the license I did it cause I am getting the permission to make a modpack from all the mod devs and I wasn't just going to make a modpack without their perm cause it is their mod and their hark work and I needed something temporary.

Ok, as you may know, there is a problem with logistics, with the remote orderer not working... Well I have found that it does work, except it only works on the Request Logistic pipes. May be tedious to build but worth it in the end.

Here is the list of various reasons that the server may be down:

1: Server crash due too Mk2 Logistic Pipe Error... Which has been happening, lets cross fingers that it isn't all of LP.
2: Matt shut it down for upgrades, which is always possible.
3:Server crash due too Wireless redstone Error
4: Something out of any of our control
