minecraft 1.7.3 industrialcraft2 1.00 crash

hi i am new and i need our help, i intall all that these mods need but when i intal mincraftforge then industrialcraft i tries to enter but it crash me, if u have any suggestions, thanks

That's a really old version of IC^2...

You'll need Modloader for 1.7.3
ModloaderMp for 1.7.3
and Minecraft Forge version 1.0.6 (if my memory serves me correct)...

Be sure your versions are the same as above for this version of IC^2

Looks like you are either not putting forge into the jar, or something is wrong with the copy of forge that you have.
