So my idea is that you can attach a system to your machines (Especially nuclear reactor). This system would act kind of like wi-fi, or wireless interlinking. You would then set up a central hub to read the information read outs (Done, energy, (For reactor) explosiveness).
This is just an idea, and I would like to hear your thoughts. 
Shedar made an Addon for that. It's called "Nuclear Control".
Their is an Industrial Info Panel that can display the amount of energy in an Energy Storage unit. You can setup to display the info from up to 6 units. I love Nuclear Control just for that feature.
I think CC Sensors can do that, if you know how to code lua, but you could sugest your idea to Shedar to include it into Nuclear Control
