Addon section rework

Nope, for the reason that each mod author place the [Version Number] Tags on the title, and the fact that they can simple change the title when they update their mod. its annoying and cluttering having three threads about the same mod in three different subs.

only possible additonal reason to spam subthreads is opensource status of mod, nothing else matters(C)
