I tried ti install the lastest 1.4.2-Version of Forger, to test IC² 1.1.08.
But I don´t know waht I made wrong, but Minecraft stopped at the loading screen(The screen before the Mojang screen)
and didn´t run. There were no error log.

Yes, I deleted the minecraft.jars META-INF.
Before or after installing Forge? Before is good. After is bad.

Wait, what? I always delete META-INF after installing Forge, and I have yet to get any problems. Also, shouldn't this go in Support?

1.4.2-Forge has a own META-INF, which would in your case get deleted too, and that is bad.

Yeah, I saw it, but I still haven't had any problems from deleting it after installing.

Get fresh minecraft.jar (by either downloading [for older versions] or updating)
open it with winrar or similar tool,
delete its META-INF,
paste forge stuff inside, close.

No, no, guys. The problem is in forge servers (some files in lib folders don't download correctly). I had to put the files of my previous 1.3.2 lib dir into the new. After this it ran. Unfortunately, it needs to do it. Otherwise it doesn't start and throws exception.
