That with the Recipebook is a good idea

if we want to expand that:
If you have EE you can build a Darklocus and generate Diamonds with one diamond you can create 512 cobble out of that you can make 2048 Dirt out of that you can make 1024 Clay and out of that you can make 8192 Clayballs that you can recycle XD. and while you feed your Recycler the Locus makes many more diamonds if you than use this Time clock you have very much Dias in some Reallife minutes and if you than use this Star Sphere thing you have infinite Diamonds (wow thats a big cheat ;))

And i would check the mods folder

There are 2 way to check that with the not generating exact.
1. Use X-Ray (Or Mc-EDIT)
2. Create a Singelplayer world and explore a veryveryvery large area (that is than the Area where IC² Blocks can be found)

Why do you think that with the Not generating?

How should that with the miner works? i still dont know that I mean, cause the miner places than a pipe there (on the place where the cobble was)

I have installed IC² in my .jar all works great i would use the Sound fix to solve the new problem.

I think more he wants to use the Quarry to dig for IC² Things that would mean its IC² related right? XD
But now to the Problem: I know it too.. but since im using a Texturepack the FPS drop is away (lol crazy MC).

The Question if more WHY do you want to disable sounds? use the Sound fix and all are happy

Build a Cobble Generator grab a mob that has a Breaker (or break the cobble yourself) and use buildcraft (its optional) to transport the CObble into the recycler than you have a good setup so i would prefer Cobble.

Read the Release thread there you find it

1. Re-install All mods (use new jar)
2. If that dont work Start new world if that still dont work post again if it works your world is the problem.
solution (if the 2. Thing from 2 happens): Grab all Buildings from the world with MC Edit Paste them into the new world and get all player datas from the old world and paste them into the new one.

You can BUT in the area you explored you dont find any new resource (try deleting all chunks you dont use with MCEDIT[I dont know much about the programm but that should be good :)])
