such addition will strongly encourage mobfarms.
mobfarms is not funny in SMP and purely destructive for server performance.
you shoud implement such things as parts of agriculture, brewing, reactor or something, leather crop will be perfect for this.
Maybe switch servers then on the server i play on we have no problem with lag from mobfarms.
I say give them a 8 rotten flesh to 1 leather ratio and it would be fine.
I know, but that idea was just so that you actually had to have some clay in the first place. Someone would probaply find it OP if you didn't need find clay first.

Display Moreoh well can you add this to the list It is a 2 chamber system which uses dual plutonium in the middle and uranium on the outside core areas it produces a good 140 eu for 5 hours and Is pretty cost effective except (for having to get 4 uu) here is the design.
I thought it was pretty efficient but thats up to you to decide.
edit randomly adding stuff to it you can output about 168 eu for 13 hours
(though after 5 hours it goes down drastically so here is the system eu amount 168 eu for 2 hours= 124 eu for 3 hours = 5 eu

Xerocry, Rick and the others that have problems with the launcher:
1) Make sure you have a 64-bit java if you have a 64-bit windows (for 32-bit windows also 32-bit java)
2) Right-click -> opre with -> select the java platform (not exactly that name), if you have 2 of them check both
3) I'm no help here, but Nylser can help you since he is the creator of the launcher and the server owner :). He probably knows better than me.
Did that but i cant get the jar file to work.
Just for bug-solving purposes, could you please execute the launcher .jar file via commandline (open start menu, and type cmd for win7) then navigate to the file by using cd e.g. "cd C:\Users\UsernameGoeshere\" and then execute "java -jar launcher.jar"

Error: unable to acces jarfile launcher.jar
FTB launcher works perfectly fine.
I believe you have to bring it from extreme voltage to High voltage, or you get melted cables and a waste of a MFSU.

The fallacy with this is that it assumes that any of the above operating systems are worth installing.
Quite frankly, I like the new reactor designs. You can produce more Eu out of a reactor from a Mk. I, assuming you want to fork over the resources. CASUC needed to die in a fire anyways.
Once RP2 comes out, I will be working on finalizing the DDoS system to see just how practical it really is.

Reactor revamp was nice but it needs some more balancing (not by nerfing but by buffing) so that all the components are being used and not just the overclocked vents.
You can suggest 'building tools' which can double as weapons. F.e. Mining Laser and Chainsaw are primary utility, but work for fighting as well.
Well mobile piston then? Push blocks in front of you (with the exception of blocks like reinforced stone etc.). Not really a building tool but more general utility.
Seriously, why would I post a suggestion for IC2 on the FTB forums AT ALL? FTB don't make IC2. At most they would serve as a 3rd party to get my suggestion passed right back here. This is the suggestions section of the forums, not the help section.
Also, each mod add-on or not, should have it's own tab. If I WAS looking for help or a wiki, I'd be hard pressed to even figure out where to go with everything jammed together as it is.
Pls dont give them a separate tab. We do not want 30 tabs for all the mods and addons.
I have the FTB mod pack and it shows up in the IC2 tab, so I assumed it was an IC2 item.
You do know FTB has more mods than just ic2 right?
