This is what happens when i try out autodesk inventor 2013 and just draw something and render it. Decided to go with gold ignots this time xd. Looks pretty nice though:

I got it to this point.
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…wgg3e18aqhbz1seztqmairhmoDidn't try to take out gold or anything, just was trying to make it not explode There might be a way to get a 3rd depleted cell but I just can't do it myself.
edit..
ok got it to 3.Added in the new hybrid reactor section.
I think its possible to get alot more cells bred per cycle if you can get the temperature higher

The cost for the reactor is wrong
You need 3 reactor chambers, 1 adv circuit and 1 generator to make one
Each reactor chamber need 1 machine block and 4 copper plates. This is 8 refined iron and 32 copper. 3 will cost 24 refined iron and 96 copper.
The adv ciruit costs 1 refined iron, 3 copper, 6 rubber, 6 redstone 2 glowstone dust and 2 lapis
The generator costs 8 refined iron, 4 tin, 2 redstone, 0,5 copper, 1 rubber and 4 tin
So in total this is 33 refined iron, 99,5 copper, 4 tin, 7 rubber, 8 redstone, 2 glowstone dust and 2 lapis

The FIrst is not perfekt but the mk5 is even a little usefull
Now that the reflectors runnings costs are added that 7 eff reactor has its efficiency almost halved O_o

Added
If i missed any other reactors just let me know (Havent read alot of pages due to lack of time).

May I suggest a category for frames friendly reactors? (5 chambers, preferably mark I or mark II)
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…32qefmafk80al8spoukis04t0
markI EB frame friendly reactor, 250 eu/t, 3.57 efficiencyWhat exactly makes a reactor frame friendly? Does it has to do with the order the components are placed in? I never designed one to be used with frames so i dont know.
EDIT: I think i missed this: (5 chambers, preferably mark I or mark II)
Dunno i dont want to have too many categories for reactors. I might ad the amount of chambers to each reactor on the list.
-
Ok reflectors are just crap. Lets take a look at this reactor
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…nvtbw3ty0gbfg5qt6blzlk3k0You might think oh nice a 7 eff reactor well thats before you ad up the costs of making those reflectors. After that its only 2,97 eff and outputs a mere 59,4 eu/tick
Anyway added running costs in UU/cycle to all the reactors.

there is no reason to craft bronze wrench more then once, just to craft electric one, since you need machines and power to make some bronze
Exactly. Bronze wrench is just a crafting component for me nothing more.
-
I dont see a real problem here except on really slow pc's. I dont even get lag on my pc when i use Q suit or creative fly to discover new chunks. It loads them faster than you can move. This is with a first generation i5 so its not some crazy high end third generation i7 cpu.
-
Long before i have the need to move my machines i have made a electric wrench to do just that. I usually dont even use the bronze wrench.

I think the running costs shouldnt be rounded. It should be with 2 decimals.

Platings cool at 0,1 per tick and. Those 5 platings in a row cool for 0,5 but they get 130 heat per tick. Its simply not possible to have the cooling time be shorter than the running time this way without melting the reactor.
Excess heat while running:
130-0,5 = 129,5So that means it has to cool for 129,5/0,5 = 259 ticks for every tick it runs which means the average output wont be that high.
But since this is the old planner i dont think it will be fixed.
-
I think its a bug.
These platings will melt (actualy i think the whole reactor will melt but these are kinda oblivious) because they cannot distribute their heat to the rest of the reactor even though the planner says its fine:
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…0lyei4loa4p371tzyrd8za96oAlso check this design it has to be a bug:
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.b…ifh71rztw3yfy888nlrn3u48wPlatings seem to cool way too fast pretty much instant.
And if it isnt a bug then we somehow discovered super reactors for the old ic2
-
You know if that setup explodes then you have a big crater²
-
Ok so the list is a bit of a mess now since i havent had time to fix stuff/add new reactors in the past weeks. I hope i can fix that today.
EDIT:
-Fixed copper costsThings to do:
-Running costs (TALONIUS READ THIS In UU but i dont think it should be rounded like its in the planner atm)
-New reactors -

Costs more copper, iron and tin while saving slightly on stuff like redstone, lapis and glowstone. I consider copper, iron and tin to be more worth than redstone, lapis and glowstone. I always have chests full of redstone, lapis etc. and nothing to use it for.
Strange thing is that even though my reactor has more cooling it produces less on average.
-
In minecraft its 33% refined iron, 33% bronze (which is 75% copper and 25% tin) and 33% tin which is way different from in reallife which also means it will have completely different properties.

2. I'm probably the only Dev, who would seriously make it like that, when Railcraft is installed (as Defaultconfig).
That would be epic if that where to happen.

You sure you used exactly the same design? Not missed a part/used wrong part?
