Ok, Should I assume you are a silly person, or that you made a typo, and hence created a contradiction? Because I think you mean, That If It were possible for the magnitizer to let you go down (without fall damage) then you would not be suggesting that. However, you appear to have said the opposite, saying that if that was possible, You would have good reason to post this, which sounds incorrect.

Well, If I could run Industrialcraft, Without the infurating technical difficulties, I could say whether or not the current magnitiser lets you fall (at non-damaging velocity) when holding shift.
If that were the case, when you consider the speed the current magnitiser shoots you, well, Im not seeing a need for this.

Well This isnt ment to use abserd amounts of energy and is ment as a elevator. You are supposed to build this BEFORE the teleporter thus energy crystals.
This would be sort of a higher teir magnatizer in which you can move both Up AND Down at fast speeds.
Maybe It would take somthing like 20 EU/t (due to the magnitizer taking 2) and require one at both the top and the bottom of the lift.
Recipie would look somthing like this:

Seems like that would be something similar to the agriculture in that you discover more alloys as you play with the crafting grid.

Your effective EU is so low because your reactor produces extreme amounts of heat and is not able to cool properly, since there are very few coolant cell inside. If you increase number of coolant cells and mess with placement a little, you will get much better results.

So long cooldown = low EU...nice to know. Also I perfer designs that dont melt objects in the chamber.
Your effective eu is low because it can only run for a short time and has to cooldown for a long time after that. When a reactor produces only 9.42 eu/tick average its way better to make solars. Because its cheaper and they run forever and they are safe. Reactors with just tons of uranium in them do not produce tons of eu you need more to make good designs.
Also your reactor only beated the other reactors in the list by having more efficiency but that more efficiency comes from the depleted uranium cells thus if you would run my 4.1 eff mk5 with a breeder it would actualy more efficient....Without the depleted cells its only 4 efficiency.

Id like to point out that the reactor at the top of this page that i posted is better in most (not sure why effective EU is so low) ways of the current Mk 5's

Well now EE is more on the lines of duplication with massive amounts of energy and time than it is about turning one diamond into 3 diamond blocks within a hour. Now its just 1 diamond = 1 diamond.
Oh also that setup shouldnt work for longer than 6 mins without exploding

Hi everyone.
I am a bit confused about the composite and the nanosuite armor. The text in the wiki says that the composite armor allows you to ignore creepers since the armor makes you highly resistant to their explosions, still I got blown up by a creeper just yesterday. The text for the nanosuite armor says its drawing protective power from an energy shield which absorbs most of the damage but for some reason its seems like it does not absorb any damage at all.
Is this some kind of bugg or do I need tho activate the armors somehow like with the nanosabre?

Mk: 4's are allowed to have components melt while Mk: 3's are not.

I suppose you could merge Mk's 4 and 5 due to both of them being kinda stupid to make.
Wow did not see that. The reactor has a slightly lower supercharged run time but it doesnt matter (due to it being a E class).

replace the (Edit: inner)coolent with isotope or vise versa to modify the stats. It remains (relitivley) stable.
Finally,a 120 output reactor,that takes +2 uranium,but takes less HD (like 2) and has an effective eu/t ~105 and 24 mins cooldown
