01. Download minecraftserver.jar for 1.2.3 or 1.2.4 from minecraft.net (you should have done this before, because theres only a link for 1.2.5 version)
02. Download ModloaderMP for Server (link in IC² public releases)
03. Download the actual Minecraft Forge for Server (link in IC² public releases)
04. Download IC²-Server
05. Extract the minecraftserver.jar with WinRAR or something similar
06. DO NOT remove the META-INF
07. Put ModloaderMP-Files into the Server-jar
08. Put Forge-Files into the Server-jar
09. Put anything back into a .zip
10. rename the minecraftserver.zip to minecraftserver.jar
11. Run the Server like described on minecraft.net via Commandprompt to generate all the Files and Folders
12. Put IC²-Server-jarfile into "mods"-folder
13. Run the Server again
14. Learn more English
15. Connect to it and you're finished

To the make Teleporter into Generatorpart: Thats not possible because you lose the double of the Energy you get back.

What you are thinking about is an Antimatterchainreactor, just fill any Matter in and you get ridiculous amounts of Energy. It creates its own Antimatter from half the Energy you produce from the Matter and the other Half of the Energy is outputted immidiately until all the Matter/Antimatter (except a few Stored Antimatteratoms for later uses) is converted to Energy at a 1:1-ratio. Hmm, sounds a bit like EE.

And why it should rain Diamonds? (UUM is a bit understandable)

Moment - You are talking about a bed that can heal you? Are there not enough ways to heal since MC 1.8.1? And the AFK-Bed can also be a minor tweak to the normal Bed. So what do you talk about? An industrial looking Bed? No, a texturepack can do that. Healing over time? Whats about Food or the Quantumsuithelmet, which holds your Foodlevel nearby full?

You've suggested what i already have in the Basement of my Tower in my SSP-World. It's called a CASUC-Reactor and is only possible with Buildcraft or better Redpower.
