May I suggest a GregTech Update? I fixed all Issues with the new Recycling System by now, so there shouldnt be anything wrong.
Oh, and you should remove the Recipes which I added for the Compressed Plates of GC in order to keep the Minetweakered Hard Mode alive (my Recipes are 1 Plate in a Compressor = 1 Compressed, so you should really remove those cheap ones).
I added those cheap Recipes to mirror the also cheap GC Recipes, nothing more.

OPness != Quality. At least this Mod has a good Concept and looks good (and it works properly).
Also GregTech adds UV Solar Panels (UV = 64x Insane Voltage) with the compact Solars Scheme (disabled per default in the OP Stuff Config)
And look at its crazy automatically added Recycling Recipe. There is a Stack cap at either 64 Units or 9x64 Units for Materials depending on whether there is a storage block or not, but that Cap doesn't apply to the Fluid Smelting.

Should I announce here that I am adding "official" GregTech Recipes for Railcraft? The Recipes are almost identical to the RC ones though, but because I add the Recipes, they will be recycleable into their basic Components.
Also I found a funny "exploit" when Blast Furnace Smelting a Commercial Engine. You get +1 Steel out of it (12 instead of 11). I think CJ just thought that nobody is ever going to add a Bronze or Aluminium Recipe for the Piston (that is where the +1 Iron comes from).
You cant. It is not possible wihtout overriding GC entirely to implement the IC2 Interfaces instead of delegating them.

Inactivity usually means that nobody had time to do shit. That even works for Eloraam, who just didn't had time. Even though I doubt it is as extreme in our case.
People have stuff to do IRL, or they just prefer playing MC for a while, before starting to mod the next tiny thing they miss into the Game.

Found a Problem with Nuclear Control. It uses a shitton (64kBit/sec UP and 64kBit/sec DOWN, so 128kBit/sec for both) of Bandwidth if the HTTP Sensor is enabled in the Config, and that only Serverside and in Singleplayer.
Please disable the HTTP Sensor per default in SSP, while enabling it per Default on regular Servers (it is possible to find out if something is a Server or a Client before doing the Configs).

Why not on other Fluids? There is even an Interface in Forge for making and draining Fluid Blocks properly.
Also, does your clearing algorithm involve Glass Panes? Because when I used the Advanced Handpump on an Ocean (smaller Water Bodies are fine however) I got fake Glass Pane Blocks, which disappeared upon Chunk reload.
Oh and GregTech now has Large Fluid Cells, which can be used for testing.

Yeah, you are right on this one. Normally one person asks a question which has not been answered before using a Thread Title which is informative about the issue, and then the Question is never asked again until something changes drastically, since "everyone" is smart enough to do a quick search on the topic before duplicating a Question.
But this "everyone" Guy doesn't really exist.
How about adding the Mod Nuclear Control 2? It adds all you need for an IC2 Nuclear Reactor and other Displays. And it looked stable to me during my testing.

just make sure to unstack the Cell before trying to fill it partially (or always do 16/64 Fluid Blocks at once until there is no Fluid left).
Edit: And also try to always fill partially filled Cells before empty ones and once they are 100% full, stack them with the other full Cells.
Edit2: Also if you dont do that already, check the 4 Armor Slots for valid Fluid Containers too.
I found a Bug with your Hand Pump.
A larger variant of the Universal Fluid Cell (IFluidContainerItem) with a capacity of more than 1000 is not getting filled by it even though it would be possible in theory.
