Also, I know that Problem, it is your Internet Connection causing it, if you Internet is too slow it just aborts in the middle of the Download. In that case you need to try dozens of times to get a non-corrupted Version. #397 has a Size of 4290kB, just to give you a help.
Do they unificate ore? I only really use JABBA barrels to unificate Tinker's gravel ores into IC2's versions so I have more room in chests.
There is a difference between "what you use it for" and "what it can be used for", also it is not possible to unificate Ore Blocks with GT, or any placeable Blocks for that Matter.
JABBA barrels unificate anything that goes in them, including things Greg doesn't
There are reasons why I don't unificate certain things. That could result in OP Conversions.
Also Digital Chests Unificate their Input too and they store 32768 Items, similar to a Barrel, and can be upgraded using Covers.

I put this pack together. Looks nice, has a good feel, but needs some tweaks to really work. Iguana tweaks, which adds some nice features needs to have some of the hardcore stuff turned off (Greg has similar features that are more compatable like HarderStone). Overall though, this was really interesting and has most of the suggestions in this forum. Basically, the ideas listed here are actually all pretty good together, lets just hope it works in 1.7.
About 50% of the Mods are completly useless or redundant and make the Game too easy.
Shedar, you forgot to use the Wildcard Value for the Crafting Recipe of the Remote Sensor Kit (Thermometer), now the Sensor Kit is uncraftable.

One of the people who reported this Thread said there were Russian Modders of other Games, which made a compilation Pack using the Source of other Mods directly and then copying those Mods 1:1 and selling the result. And it looks really like this is going to happen in that case.
The Server has Problems right now. I cannot log into it and 5 of 8 Players dropped out during my tries to log in.
Even more funny if you consider that IC2 is definetly updating to 1.7, guess what Player is doing all the time. 
Though if you were really desprate just translate your question to korean and go on North Korean Google.
About a dozen people in North Korea have Internet, I doubt there are any Korean Rocket Scientists having Internet there. Also, do you really want to consult those guys? Seriously, their Rockets fail to start more often than the ones of KSP Noobs.

How should it? I just enabled Circuits to be used in OreDict, and that in two Directions.
1. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use IC2 Sourcecode.
2. The Code of IC2 is a royal mess as way too many very different people had been working on it.
3. Don't use Google-Translate for a serious proposal.
4. Don't add random Icons to something that is supposed to be official, Smileys are okayish but also bad.

HOLY SHIT, at least 5 Mod Developers are too stupid to check if something is already registered before doing so themselves!
I think the Problem with that is the disbalancedness of RotaryCraft. It also looks like it will cause a ton of Server Lag just for the Multiblock compared to my Stuff.
