Really? There is literally no way that it is an IndustrialCraft problem, IndustrialCraft has no reason to mess with mob code, and unless you are using IC1, this thread does not belong here.

You should be using an LV transformer, not an MV one, and I can't see this in the picture, so are you sure your MFE's output side is facing the wire to the three "dots"?

Is it doable? Yes. But why would you want to do that? You realize that an MV storage device can accept straight up LV power right?

If you want to disable the Mining Laser, I think you just need to go into the IC2 items config and change the Mining Laser ID to some other item ID that is taken by another item.

Step by step:
1. Install Forge into the minecraft_server.jar (I will call this ms.jar from now on)
2. Do not delete META-INF
3. Run ms.jar
4. Delete world folder generated by ms.jar
5. Put IndustrialCraft.jar in your mods folder
6. Run ms.jar
7. EnjoyEDIT: as pointed out by RawCode, IndustrialCraft.jar 1.115 is what you want.

Okay, right here, full stop, in order to code this, you would need to integrate IC2 (a tech mod) with EE3 (a magic mod), and somehow manage to create a non-laggy block that would stop transmutations (which I assume to be pretty hardcoded into EE3 and therefore impossible/nearly impossible to do) only within a certain area, as well as literally every other EE3 machine/thing from working (most of which are, again, probably pretty hardcoded into EE3), and only if it isn't certain people transmuting, the chances of this happening are literally at 0%. -
Recently on a server I noticed that Personal Safe shift-clicking could probably use an improvement, specifically in the way that it does not work quite like how a chest works.
Example: I am trying to shift-click item E into the safe so that it stacks with my Item E that is already in there

As you can see, everything goes in properly when Item E has no empty cells before it in the safe, but when there is an empty cell, unlike a chest, Item E will fill that empty cell instead.

Nope crafter we have not had a crash from flans or anything else since February tenth. Last night was a server overhaul by the host. Porbabaly just a coincidence.

I think you guys are misunderstanding this, he doesn't want to make an addon, he literally wants the source code of the Extractor to make a machine for his own mod (not IC2 dependant).
