Yes, they were, but Nuclear Reactors received an overhaul because people were not using them as they were intended to be used; they were meant to be something that you would actually have to plan out (hence the Reactor Planner) and keep an eye on if you wanted any high power generation, instead people got 2000+ EU/t out of 1 reactor using the exact same design as everyone else. CASUCs (CAMUCS?) do still technically exist in the way of the lapiz and redstone cooling mechanisms, and with UU-Matter in core IC2 (Not talking GregTech here, that changes a whole lot of things pertinent to this discussion), it is possible to make a major profit from Uranium cells in excess of what the old CASUCS could do, but with a lot more engineering and danger involved.

I doubt it, like how you can't plant IC2 crops on normal farmland, I believe that the plants are dependent upon the crop block itself to function at all.

*sigh* Can you please reread the title? Specifically the v1.95 indicating that it is meant for IndustrialCraft 1.95 (therefore pretty outdated), frankly I'm amazed it didn't crash when you tried to run it. Other than taking up coding, there was an addon for this back in IndustrialCraft 1.106/7 here and there is a possibility that might work, but definitely no guarantee.

Are you talking about the console spam? If so, calm down, that was fixed a while ago, just grab the latest version here.

A Redpower or Buildcraft pipe can put scrap into the bottom side of a Mass Fabricator when they pull from a chest, I don't know who wrote that a chest can be used instead, I'm 99% sure that's wrong.

Only the miner and the pump can output into adjacent chests.

Definitely true, but fusion reactors have been denied for core IC2 for quite some time now, I believe I don't now included the link to his original suggestion of this a while ago.

You want a mod that has a chunk loader, Railcraft has one, Chickenbones has ChickenChunks, and Buildcraft quarries act like a chunk loader. Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

EDIT: There is also this IC2 addon, I think it fits what you want perfectly.
