Two three points:

*HDs are superior to platings in most cases

*If you're gonna make clocked reactors, you better make many small ones because OP external cooling. You can make a one-chamberer that gives 20 eu/t (clocked to mk.1) at 3.5 eff, and if you consider the lower cost it's about equivalent to a 50 eu/t full reactor

With redpower 2 you can automatically cool it with water buckets, which is both free and much simpler than ice while being more effective coolant. There's a thread about it...

As an example, hooking this reactor to a 1/7 clock will yield 20 eu/tick,and you can make almost 3 at the same cost as a single full reactor. Greater efficiency than a square setup on full reactor, and still mk.1 with the clock

Anyways, I might as well present an alternative to the breeder. It's a fill-and-forget design, you just load it and only come back once it's done. Horrible bred cells/uran, but who bothers babysitting?

Definitely worked before at any rate, and it will double your uran with minimal hassle!

If you have redpower2, you can build these awesome over 9000 (almost) EU reactors. Else, we need more info: You want EU/t or high efficiency?

Looking at the breeding efficiency (bred cells/uran) it doesn't look so good... The best is 8, but that's bitchy and quite micro-intensive.

Teleporters should load their destination on an attempt to travel, and if it doesn't have enough energy nearby it would then check the other end. That way you can have one teleport nexus with a huge powerplant, and simple tellies with no power where you want to go

Actually, you just have to rethink a bit. You can easily do a "flyby" and hit it once or twice each time. Works on creeper packs too, true story bruh
