Persistent Energy Storage Config Suggestion

So in build 330:

Instead of enable/disable only, how about change it to use a numerical config instead that determines the percentage of energy that is lost on wrenching? The range is from 0 to 100; 0 means 0% of energy is lost on wrenching; 50 means 50% of energy is lost on wrenching; 100 means all energy is lost on wrenching. The default could be somewhere from 0 - 20.

You retain 80% of the original Charge. I was very generous, I first considered just 75%.

please godly fairy of IC2e changes implement difference in return percent based of wrench type and wrench mode:

25% bronze
0% electric
75% electric loseless

or something similar, but one of wrenches shoud return zero in order to stack blocks effectively.

@above : Then add a third mode (second for gregtech) for the wrench which purposely drains the energy stored, allowing blocks (without energy) to be stacked.

I removed the stackability because Storage Blocks were stackable, as long as they had the same charge in their NBT. It is not possible to set the stackability of Items other than saying that all Items of the same kind have to be limited to X.

That would require a second Block, and besides, who stacks multiple Batboxes etc when building something?

One who uses multiple MFEs to build Multiple MFSUs or have some storage blocks for whateverthing.
Although, thats rare, so i'm fine with it being unstackable.

redpower and similar mods level NBT's and allow stacking of items with same NBT:

keep charge as single byte (0-255 scale) (or ever less, like 0-50)

when item with charge dismounted, round down it's charge and store inside given range. (this will produce very limited number of unique items, especially if level will be stored by 10% steps or more - 33% will be best, all items below 33% drops empty, below 66% - 33% charged, below 99% as 66% and only completely full item drop 100%.

if you dont want item with charge to be stackable but do want to allow items without charge to stack:
(without doing not soo smart additional ID like batteries)

write down random.nextint() or current server's time into item's NBT, this will make all unique, ever if charge is same.

or implement stack manager inside item's class, that just dont allow full items to stack.
