Since physics in minecraft is hell, do you think seed of andromeda will attract some modders to switch to that game when it'll be done? Seed of andromeda is sort of minecraft with optimizations and multicore support (even GP GPU support i heard). Water physics is already there.

No. Basically, over long periods, yes, but short to midterm? no. No playerbase, not much knowledge, not much support.
Even a shitty more common project is better, than a very qualitative new one. -
Would you please screw everyone and update GregTech.
-
Me and MoonMoon online, TPS at 13. That is obviously your chunkload bases, guys.
-
The problem is not the fact that the bases are chunkloaded, but that something inside them are causing uber lag.
We need OPIS.

Will do so shortly.Me and MoonMoon online, TPS at 13. That is obviously your chunkload bases, guys.
I will be moving to the new server today, hopefully that will reduce the load. My base is not chunkloaded however. The problem is not the fact that the bases are chunkloaded, but that something inside them are causing uber lag.

We have OPIS. -

There is a bug in my mod, founded by SpawnX: then you retrive heavy collector, it does not spawn items it holding in slots except first. I make a fixed version for 1.7.2 (0.493-1.7.2). Any time you would update server mods, don't forget to update IHL too. -

Will do. Is Sunday ok or is it to much of a game breaker ? -
It is fine for most purposes. I doubt people are using it to harvest expensive items.

So I have been calculating what the gain would be if I use the thaumcraft charcoal recipe and transform the charcoal to alumentum. Looks like the eu gain is 512000 - 57600 = 454400 assuming that I would not need to use the alumentum in the alchemical furnaces and that each alumentum equals 4 charcoal. Did I miss anything ?
-
Currently the best setup (energy profit wise) is to use coke ovens to make the charcoal and then turn it into alumentum. You get 1.5 extra charcoal every 2.5, thus a rough 60% energy efficiency increase

Every coke oven is 26 tile entities. I rather use the setup above -
Okay people, remove all your Hoppers and replace them with other ways of transporting Items. Pretty much everything is less laggy than a Hopper.
And yes I am aware that there is a very laggy GT Bronze Casing Block in BloodyAsps Base, but that thing actually does quite some work so it is justified.
-
Separate your pulp into tiny piles to multiply your perditio by 9. Does something like the unpackager do that?

But can we use them in several places? )
I mean, i didn''t spam them in my Coke Oven setup and never wanted but i use them in a couple of cases. -

That is possible using the Packager, not the Unpackager.

-
Its conveyor cover time i guess.
-
Pity that EVOC is not for 1.7.2 then.
Also I have a line of hoppers full of wood going from Coke Ovens at my base, but it hasn't been chunkloaded for a loong time now, so shouldn't be an issue I hope.
