Why don't you answer?
I don't know why nobody answers, but I noticed some missing info, like the modlist you're playing with(with version numbers), if you are plaing singleplayer or multiplayer, things like that. there should be a guide on how to post support requests somewhere.(I don't know, I've never done one)
I hadn't answered because I didn't think I could help. However, I think the first "after" screenshot makes it clear that the OP is on multiplayer, so one possibility I can think of is that some other player came along and wrenched the machines to face down (although that might not be a reasonable explanation if the interval between "before" and "after" was very short (e.g. less than 5 minutes), or if the server has a way to protect against that, so it would help to get more details)
We don't even know the Minecraft or IC2 versions, so it's impossible to even reproduce, let alone help fix.
I'm sorry, I forgot.

This only happens on the server in a single game such problems are not present.
On the server only play with friends
@ chocohead: that's what i said.
Does the server has grief protection plugins? if not, it could simply have been a prank.
This is not a joke.

Plugin's:
CraftBook
MultiWorld
I've seen it before where the textures spawn on their sides, but normally after a second it self corrects.
Even if one hour will stand next then nothing will change
Multiworld. Remove that. Looks like it historically caused things like that. If removing that doesn't fix it, then I'm out of ideas.
Thank you very much, the problem resolved)
