I didn't see anything that would deserve a ban, something behind the scenes/deleted post?
-
The devices will charge IF the chunk they are located in is loaded. If nobody is on, then they will not charge.

In the General Discussion Section?

i guess you could probably categorize it as insubordination, refusing to suck up may be another
Lol, I won't get involved. Sounds like a tad bit of a power struggle (or tango for that matter)

You don't know who he is?!?!?!?! Only one of the most important people on the forums, and of which a certain person decided it would be best if he no longer served in his position, though many others did not agree...
Of course I know who he is. I was asking why he was banned.

In almost all circumstances, larger packet sizes are more efficient. The exception is tin cables. although only green generators generate power low enough for it to handle.
-
What did you do in the first place?
-
.2 eu loss per-block. Regardless of packet size. All answers are rounded up. So up to x4 blocks for copper (.8 loss) the answer is rounded up, and no loss occurs.

Although I've never used spoutcraft (Limit on internet? I don't believe I am limited with my company) I believe that IC2 should try its best to be compatible with everything it can, without sacrificing the feel of it.
-
What? It doesn't charge a batpack and lappack? What is the point of wearing it if it doesn't?
-
OH DANG! my bad daisy got into the coco beans again i'll get her. *general sounds of destruction and mayhem* "I DON'T CARE HOW CRAMPED IT IS IN THERE YOU ARE GOING BACK INTO MY IMAGINATION WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!"
-
The issue here is that repairing outputs one tool, not two. This would combine the lapatron crystals into one.

Powered Rails? Added to my List. I still need a good decompiler and a way to compile it without having to decompile everything at once with the commandprompt. Would Eclipse work good?
I use eclipse and MCP, however, I have yet to get forge to work with it properly. I may try again now that I have my new computer. It works great for vanilla modding with modloader.

The issue between minecraft and real life is to get anything irl, you have to work for it. In minecraft, all you're doing is staring at a screen and pressing a few buttons. Instead of trading, people tend to want to go get it themselves. What is the point of IC? To gain more resources, to build more machines, to gain more resources. That alone makes it difficult for people to buy items. It does help to have a smaller store/bank for selling resources that are annoying in large quantities, such as bricks and stone bricks, tho.

Haha, saw your post above after I posted.
But good to see you got your problems fixed as well as that cpu temp.Same. Ever do any overclocking? I'm interested, especially considering I have the 2500k.
I'm finally proud to put my computer specs in my sig.

(yes, i found out what happened the hard way, it made me jump )
Oh I remember those days... back in Ic1..
Lol, glad you got the full experience.Previous poster does a pretty good job explaining it, although a bit short...
-
You seem to make the classic mistake of determining the difference between packet size and total eu. The machines can take up to a certain packet size, however, what you are measuring is the total eu amount going thru the cable.

Still having problems with the build?
Which power supply are you using? The 600W listed in OP?
600W is enough to power your build, but that PSU isn't as good, it's an okay power supply. But I don't think it's the PSU's fault. Was your computer able to work properly before installing graphics card?
What happened after installing graphics card? Any beeps after powering the computer?
Did you plug in the card properly? Power cables? Correct slot?
Does your mobo have onboard graphics? Check the bios.
Is everything plugged in properly?
Hey ,thanks for the reply. I ended up sending the video card back, it should be returned to me within 2 weeks or so. I found that the alarms was not caused by the psu, but rather my CPU overheating. I realized this by checking the temps, and it running 90C under load, 70 @ idle. Not good. I found I hadn't quite put the heat sink on correctly, and fixed that issue. I'm running around 50C, running minecraft at far while recording. Not too bad.BTW: Without the video card, I can record minecraft with Microsoft essentials on far and get around 20-30 fps. I'm pleased, can't wait to see my video card blow away everything.

Now is the best time to add Silverore to MC, because after the 1.2.3-Update, we all have to start new Worlds, and new Worlds = newly generated Landscapes, so why not adding Silverore at that time?
Wrong. I think. Isn't there a converter? Any how, I would love o have silver, we just need more uses for it.
