RawCode, you just admitted that mining enough Diamonds to get to Tier 4 needs only one Hour. One Hour is not much, as in, it's almost nothing. I don't always play Minecraft, but when I do, I play far longer than just one Hour.
uhhm, Tier 4 REQUIRES an MFE and is therefor definetly more expensive.
RawCode, the Energy Dust Recipe would just need to output 4 Dusts instead of 1. Diamond->Diamond Dust is a 1->1 Operation, because of the OreDictionary.

MCPC is not supported because it breaks everything. Also it is useless, because there are Forge Mods, which do exactly the same as many of those stupid Bukkit Plugins.

Diamond Dust is not really healthy for Humans. The Diamond Dust inside the Water usually cuts everything into pieces.
In 1000 ways to die, I saw someone doing Cocaine + Gunpowder after he weighed his Diamonds, without cleaning the Table before. He sliced himself to death by breathing that Stuff.
Do you use that Hammer on a GT Workbench or a Forestry Work Table? If yes, then they are slightly bugged in regards of eating up the IC²-Hammers. But the GT Table is fixed in the latest Version.

reobfuscate-srg.bat is from Forge, while reobfuscate is from MCP. That was it.
you used srg Names right? The File must be called reobfuscate-srg.bat or similar to work on 1.6.2 and 1.6.4
