This mod looks really cool! Two questions though:
1. Do the lava blocks nearby a thermal generator have to be source blocks, or do flowing lava blocks work too?
2. How do wires affect the thermal generator? Do they count as air blocks, or are they detrimental to the power gen?

Unfortunately, I'm still getting crashes with all the mods on my server...strangely, it doesnt' happen when I run the server from my desktop, only on my server in a datacenter does it happen.

fallen, do you use the "required-after:"-Tag in your Submods, to make sure Fallencore is loaded? (and "required-after:IC2" for the Core itself)

In the preload stage, they are added to a list of FallenCore mods that are later loaded in the loading stage by the Core itself,
that is why they don't require the "after:FallenCore" tag -
Ocean Current Generator
Discription:
Uses the power of the ocean to generate electricity.Mechanics:
Put this baby underwater and it will generate electricity.
Checks for water in rectangle above that is 15 tall and has a base that is 31 by 31.
The more water in that range, the more it produces.
If there are other competing ocean generators within the rectangle, it will significantly reduce the output of both.
Default max generation is 6.Crafting Recipe:
Wave Generator
Discription:
Uses the power of waves to generate electricity.Mechanics:
Put on the edge of an ocean and it will generate electricity.
Checks for water out to a max range of 200 (configurable).
The longer the distance till the first non-water block, the more eu it produces.
Default max generation is 5.
During storms there are production spikes(up to 50 eu/tick!).Crafting Recipe:

a couple issues with the electric wood gassificator. Hoppers put into the bottom slot, and also they do not accept EBXL wood.

Thinking of that ... it should be source only, as for now it's very easy to exploit: just put lava on the ceiling ... you'll easily get huge amount of EU.
