SeedBag Box, simple as that. Can work if its either a placeable version or a carry around one.

Seed Sack perhaps? if place-able would look like a large burlap sack filled to the top with grain. think kind of like a cauldron but make from fabric and filled with seeds.
perhapos the recipie could be 5 wool and a chest?

Hmm. you just gave me idea. It should be like Forestry Apiarist chest so you could have multi pages that you would not need to do that

You could go all the way an make it like an apiarist chest, screen divided by half one for the data on the seeds (Shows with a mouse hover on the seeds, Must be identified already, otherwise it will not show anything or just some of the info), the other half for the seed bag themselves.
