Also add a config option to disable nukes dropping items.

OMG I know! We can't download like any files, .exe, .jar anything... School firewalls suck. But I like this mod too. Looks very cool.
Your firewall is very loose, apparently. We can only go on a whitelist of like 50 sites. -
Some kind of Eletric ranged weapon have been suggested before. And wait for Industrial Conflict :\ (PVP-based Expansion for IC²)
I think the point is to kill nano/quantum, before conflict comes out so they're not like "Oh, there's this thing you can get in about 3 days that makes you invincible and super OP and pvp useless!"

Does germany have an agency called the FBI?

Does the solar spammer need to pull itself? Or can it have a ground-based pushing drive? Also, I have an interesting plan for the spammer. Massive wall of block breakers. Though I'm not sure if my computer can handle it. Also, I wish logistics pipes and BC worked... It would make this so much easier to just request the heck out of everything.
-
Can we use the IC2 addons? Because some of them would help alot.

If you have your FOV set to quake pro, drink 5 cups of coffee, then sprint, (it works more often when in water) you can sometimes get your view to turn upside-down. It's quite hilarious. Apparently, Steve gets very drunk with coffee.

That is all a complete lie.
No mod developer can sue tekkit. All of it belongs to mojang.
I see your point about distributing mods without the original developers consent but as an end user. If I had to choose between having IC and tekkit available or just IC. Then I'd rather have both. Options are good, the more options we have the better. I just wish that the developers of the mods had the foresight to see that their mod being added to a major mod pack can only benefit them.
You do know that IC2 actually does belong to Alblaka. In fact, Mojang ONLY owns the mods that distribute baseclasses, and only the baseclasses of said mods. All the other mods contain none of Mojang's code, and therefore are not Mojang's property. If they were, it would be like making Windows, then claiming that everything containing any code that runs on windows your property. In any case, Technic/tekkit only violate SirSengnir (Forestry) And perhaps railcraft, and some smaller mods without copyrights. And forestry is being removed because he's being an asshole who hates compatibility and Forestry is now technically malware, due to the fact that it contains code that does nothing but crash minecraft.

You're a really good author, except your grammar/spelling/etc is kinda bad. Do you mind if I re-post edited versions with proper grammar and spelling here?

He dont want something better as the QSuit, he want a restructuration of the QSuit to slowly upgrade a Lowtechsuit into a hightech (QSuit-level) Suit.
Exactly. Qsuit needs to be made WAAAY more expensive. It's too cheap ATM. And too OP, once you get one and fully charge it, you are invincible forever. -
Just use /msg and then /r, which the majority of servers have.
-
Quantum Suit is meant to be OP
(Thus the expensiveness)
Also, the "Nerf Killer" is right. You may not be able to kill them, but take away their infrastructure and they are as good as dead.
Eh, it's not all that expensive. I can get a full qsuit in under 24 hours of solid play. So, if you think that this stuff is expensive, think again. Passive EU generation is just too OP. -
alchemy suggetion to tech mod...
there is no way to transmute one metal into another by only heat or pressure or anything, you need fusion for this.
fusion furnace (that will copy RP alloy furnace) to smelt something into something different is ok, smelt platinum into iridium is not ok.
Native platinum contains iridium. Not much, but it does. -
I think that platinum should be added, but NOT by being mined. One would get platinum by smelting platinum ore. It could be used for a lot of IC2's advanced things, and when being smelted in an induction furnace with space in the output slots, would have a 1/10 chance to produce an iridium clump, which could then be compressed to receive an iridium plate. (Because real iridium is gotten from platinum, and a lot of the time when you have platinum you actually have platinum-iridium alloys) Platinum would notably be used for creating the Tier 4 stuffs, like mass teleporters, ion cannons, etc.
-
If you use the Compact Solars mod, that will also reduce lag of solars by adding compacted ones, and also give HV solars (which are craftable, but psychotically expensive) which output 512 eu/t. 16 of those through a glass fiver cable connected to your MFSU on the teleporter will pretty much get you constant teleportation.
-
With the new cost for iridium, it's completely retarded. Just to counter all the UUM, you would have to play for 105405.405 MINUTES for ONE hybrid solar panel. And ultimate solars (with the recipe that takes 1 hybrid) take 109,375 MINUTES to pay off. That's counting the cost for the hybrid solar panel, at an average rate of 288 eu/t. Kinda sucky. BTW, those are REAL WORLD MINUTES. That's 1,822.91667 HOURS, or 30.3819445 DAYS OF SOLID PLAYING. Then they start profiting. So a month on a server with chunkloaders. It's give or take a month for both, it's only 4000 minutes difference.
-
It's actually quite balanced. For the hv array, it costs 3 stacks of copper, 4 stacks of insulated copper cable, 4 stacks of planks, a stack of refined iron, plus an hv transformer and 512 solars.
-
If its part of TBM mod then it is part of the machine.
Else only glass and iron blocks are taken along too.
Iron bars as well would be nice. -
how about some more techs involving magnetic applications.
2. Coil-Gun, works like a mining lazer set at Long Range but travels 32 blocks destroying everything in it's path regardless of the material, except for reinforced stone and bedrock. will only go through 8 reinforced stone blocks or so. this however costs 1 Refined Iron as well as 100EUs per shot.Coil-Guns, known more commonly as Gauss guns, are complete crap. They use A TON of electricity per shot, and waste most of it. They are about the same power as a conventional gun, but use a lot more energy. A railgun, on the other hand, uses about the same electricity, but have a MUCH higher muzzle velocity. Which is why the US military has 2 destroyer-class ships armed with giant railguns. Which can hit anywhere in the world. Notice how they don't have a single gauss gun. Which are cheaper and easier to make, too. Railguns operate by inducing a magnetic current in 2 rails, then passing a charge through the projectile, which induces a slight magnetic current in the projectile, which causes it to be instantly flung out of the barrel at immense speeds. Most railguns also have a magnetic coil at the back to get the projectile moving before it hits the rails so that it doesn't spot-weld to the rails. Gauss guns on the other hand, simply have an ordinary magnetic coil at the back, pushing the projectile forwards. If you had a gauss gun and a railgun, powered both with the same amount of electricity, and the railgun fired the projectile say, 500 meters, the gauss gun would fire it maybe 2-3.

Actually we can transform energy into matter, but not into a specific element.
And we can transform matter into energy (by speeding it to the speed of light : 3x10^5 Km/s)There's an easier way to turn matter into energy. It's called antiprotons and positrons.
