Some kind of Eletric ranged weapon have been suggested before. And wait for Industrial Conflict :\ (PVP-based Expansion for IC²)

I think the point is to kill nano/quantum, before conflict comes out so they're not like "Oh, there's this thing you can get in about 3 days that makes you invincible and super OP and pvp useless!"

Does the solar spammer need to pull itself? Or can it have a ground-based pushing drive? Also, I have an interesting plan for the spammer. Massive wall of block breakers. Though I'm not sure if my computer can handle it. Also, I wish logistics pipes and BC worked... It would make this so much easier to just request the heck out of everything.

If you have your FOV set to quake pro, drink 5 cups of coffee, then sprint, (it works more often when in water) you can sometimes get your view to turn upside-down. It's quite hilarious. Apparently, Steve gets very drunk with coffee.

You do know that IC2 actually does belong to Alblaka. In fact, Mojang ONLY owns the mods that distribute baseclasses, and only the baseclasses of said mods. All the other mods contain none of Mojang's code, and therefore are not Mojang's property. If they were, it would be like making Windows, then claiming that everything containing any code that runs on windows your property.

In any case, Technic/tekkit only violate SirSengnir (Forestry) And perhaps railcraft, and some smaller mods without copyrights. And forestry is being removed because he's being an asshole who hates compatibility and Forestry is now technically malware, due to the fact that it contains code that does nothing but crash minecraft.

Quantum Suit is meant to be OP
    (Thus the expensiveness)
Also, the "Nerf Killer" is right. You may not be able to kill them, but take away their infrastructure and they are as good as dead.

Eh, it's not all that expensive. I can get a full qsuit in under 24 hours of solid play. So, if you think that this stuff is expensive, think again. Passive EU generation is just too OP.

I think that platinum should be added, but NOT by being mined. One would get platinum by smelting platinum ore. It could be used for a lot of IC2's advanced things, and when being smelted in an induction furnace with space in the output slots, would have a 1/10 chance to produce an iridium clump, which could then be compressed to receive an iridium plate. (Because real iridium is gotten from platinum, and a lot of the time when you have platinum you actually have platinum-iridium alloys) Platinum would notably be used for creating the Tier 4 stuffs, like mass teleporters, ion cannons, etc.

With the new cost for iridium, it's completely retarded. Just to counter all the UUM, you would have to play for 105405.405 MINUTES for ONE hybrid solar panel. And ultimate solars (with the recipe that takes 1 hybrid) take 109,375 MINUTES to pay off. That's counting the cost for the hybrid solar panel, at an average rate of 288 eu/t. Kinda sucky. BTW, those are REAL WORLD MINUTES. That's 1,822.91667 HOURS, or 30.3819445 DAYS OF SOLID PLAYING. Then they start profiting. So a month on a server with chunkloaders. It's give or take a month for both, it's only 4000 minutes difference.

how about some more techs involving magnetic applications.
    2. Coil-Gun, works like a mining lazer set at Long Range but travels 32 blocks destroying everything in it's path regardless of the material, except for reinforced stone and bedrock. will only go through 8 reinforced stone blocks or so. this however costs 1 Refined Iron as well as 100EUs per shot.

Coil-Guns, known more commonly as Gauss guns, are complete crap. They use A TON of electricity per shot, and waste most of it. They are about the same power as a conventional gun, but use a lot more energy. A railgun, on the other hand, uses about the same electricity, but have a MUCH higher muzzle velocity. Which is why the US military has 2 destroyer-class ships armed with giant railguns. Which can hit anywhere in the world. Notice how they don't have a single gauss gun. Which are cheaper and easier to make, too. Railguns operate by inducing a magnetic current in 2 rails, then passing a charge through the projectile, which induces a slight magnetic current in the projectile, which causes it to be instantly flung out of the barrel at immense speeds. Most railguns also have a magnetic coil at the back to get the projectile moving before it hits the rails so that it doesn't spot-weld to the rails. Gauss guns on the other hand, simply have an ordinary magnetic coil at the back, pushing the projectile forwards. If you had a gauss gun and a railgun, powered both with the same amount of electricity, and the railgun fired the projectile say, 500 meters, the gauss gun would fire it maybe 2-3.
