I think that overly detailed 3D models take away from the "blockiness" of minecraft.
exactly my opinion!

10 operations.
10 operations is much to fast. what if this happens when u are outside farming wood or whatever? Lets say your machine is in the spawnchunks, or u are near enough to your house that its loaded. U wouldn't even have a chance to repair the machine. i think 3-5 minutes per stage is much better.
But besides from that i really like your idea. i always thougt that IC machines need a bit risk.
sorry, but, if you let the magic smoke out, electronics don't work anymore.
Yeah, of course, but this is minecraft, and thats a good way to predict when your machine need to get repaired.
I love this suggestion!
The E-net system currently gets redone. maybe the problem u mention gets fixed.
Is it even possible to handle this? even with a lot of transformer, wouldn't they explode because its POSSIBLE that they randomly receive more than 512 EU?
I hope packets get inplemented again.
this is a nuke. use redstone to ignite it and it goes boom.
it also accepts plutonium in the core.
Normal bombs are build with the same system: the tnt/dynamite/whatever explodes sets the radioactive material in the middle under so high temperatures and pressure that nuclear fission starts. this UNCONTROLLED fission sets a lot of energy free, what causes the extreme explosion.
It does, I think in Experimental you must put an IC2 tritium next to Uranium Cells to get lithium.
That wouldn't make sense. in RL you use lithium to breed the extrem rare isotope of Hydrogen, tritium, what is needed for fusion.
I play without Gregtech, but the creative inventory shows me lithium dust. and also lithium and tritium fuel rod.
I already wondered about lithium. how can you obtain it and what can u do with it?
seems to me like fusion recators coming in the future.
U need iron bars for basic nuclear reactor components like heat vents and component heat vents. and you need a lot of them later.
btw: 6iron=16 bars
i think spawnx's idea is a bit utopic, although it sounds awesome.
so yeah, like someone said before, knockback isnt good, and flame would increase the dmg, so, none of that.
just looting III would do. and that upgrade maybe take 2 iridium plates.
like:
you are awesome! thank u!
i have another question.
i watched serveral vids and tried it by mayself for half an hour, but i can't figure out how the electrolyzer works. i know that it has to be placed directly to a power storage, but the water cells just don't get electrolyzed.
i lost at least 10 CESU's when i was new to the new energy system.
i miss packets. everything was easy.
yeah, that would be a bit nicer, but keep in mind, if u couldn't collect RF stone, u couldn't make this crystal memory saver thingy, that needs 3 RF stone.
i still cant mine it, but i know what u mean. thank u!
did u mean that it would be a cheaper version to reinforced stone, cause RF stone needs iron scaffolding?
i dont think it would, cause this simple solid foam don't have the blast resistance that RF stone got. and if i would go for blast resistance, then i would use RF stone. but i want to use it for decoration.
i use RF stone for the reactor chamber itself and i'd like to use solid foam for the building around the chamber
i would use RF stone for the building and the security chamber, cause iron isn't the problem, but the minig time is.
Hi guys, me again.
i want to use solid CF for my nuclear power plant, but i cant mine tha solid foam. and i dont talk about reinforced stone, just the normal solid CF.
is it a bug or wanted that i cant mine it?
I know, and i use some of them myself, but i thought for the sake of clarity, it would be better to sum this up in one thread.
I dont know if someone suggested it before, but why not add some MOX-designs?
