The server has been running with the new dev build for a day now, and that only came up once that I saw. If I see it again, I'll try to give you more details. Perhaps it was just the first time the world was loaded.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for this wonderful mod but I must ask is there any chance at all this could easily be ported to 1.4.7? If not I understand but I'm ever hopeful none the less haha.

Don't think this is a bug but maybe it is I don't know hehe, I'm not able to get power on any of the windmills anymore no matter where I put them.
What version are you playing, what height do you put the windmills at, is there space around the windmill, did you put a rotor in the windmill. which rotor did you put into there?
Your mod is so good but i have three question :
- Can you put disable craft for your blocs on your config file? (if i want disable the HV and EV for example)
- Can you put a Output config?
- The config "B:useIC2Stuff=true" not work or i dont understand the topic of this?
I will add a config option to disable the crafting of some blocks.
I will also make a option on how much they output.
And yes, the useIC2Stuff is bugged ATM

Awesome plug-in, can i just ask author to make it more configurable? like multiplier for out eU\t rate, cuz 2048 by windmill... on gregtech server... OR something like hard recipes(iridium and etc. for hi-level mills). So thx for good job, awaiting updates :}
It's not intended to make the windmill usage hard. It's just intended to make it compact.
GregTech itself makes the Windmill recipe harder and if the recipe for the compact ones would be too hard, nobody would use them.
They are actually not overpowered, because you need rotors and a normal windmill produces 10EU/t max, but the recipe calculates it with 2EU/t.
I'm not a coder, so :
A random guess is that you are saving the damage on the metadata and upon reaching a limit it overflows and gets reset (negative values).
Try saving the damage as NBT.
I will try that. I haven't done tat yet, because then it would also affect the other rotors.
A Report :
Your rotors seem to glitch and renew themselves after some time.
IC² exp 155.
Carbon rotor on MV windmill, it has been there for 2 days and its time is : 47 hours 57 minutes 40 seconds.
Some time later it decreases to 53 minutes, but again after some time it has 59 minutes...
That one existed for a while (Since the last 1.5.2 version), but only for the Carbon Rotor.
I have no clue, why this happens, but I know that it's only happening with the Carbon rotor.
I was actually at the point, that I needed help and several other Minecraft modders took a look at that code for me, but they also couldn't find out why this happens. I'm actually at the point, where I don't know what to do and I'm also at the point where I say I can't fix that.

Minecraft crashes when I place ULV windmill on batbox and I cannot load world because it crashes again.

Make sure tu use the version for experimental with experimental builds and the version below for lf versions.
This also doesn't work for me with 1.62. I'm using IC2 401.
It shows in the mods menu (game main menu), and nothing gives an error. I can't see the recipes, and the recipes don't work. Also, the config file is generated, but empty.
Ok, the config file should now no onger be empty. (Small (or rather BIG) derp on my side.)
And the best thing: I can't fix it, because I'm going on vacation, tomorrow for two weeks.
