I have never played with PFAA. Does GT5u use all ores and minerals from PFAA?
some few ores are not using: realgar, fluorite. But minetweaker can fix this. I make burnable peat from PFAA with minetweaker.

Are the thick neutron reflectors damaged? That could be your problem-

The oil cracking unit looks good, quite special compared to other machines.
I have a few questions about changes in 5.09 compared to 5.08.30, since im now designing my fusion power plant and i dont want to do it all over again:
Will you change anything in the multiblock structure?
Will you change anything in the recepies, e.g. used/produced power/materials?
Will you change something in the large plasma generator, e.g. rebalance the turbine blades?
Also im looking for something that can do the following:
I have one power source and 2 machines using it, only one can run at the same time. Can i somehow select (with redstone) which one will get the power other than directly enable/disable the machines? I want a railoroad switch for power.

Two shutter modules and a machine controller on the cable. Set one shutter module to "open if work enabled" and the other to "open if work disabled", and you can put a lever directly on the machine controller.
Thanks, didnt know shutters also work with cables.

Fun fact: Cables are technically "pipes"

The turbine rotors will get a rebalance soon. Other changes will not happen to fusion in gt5. Circuit production will get a huge change. Including cleanrooms and a lot more.
Also, Blood: I noticed the new reactor recipe. OUCH! EV gear? Harsh! Definitely going to make nuclear a end-of-life technology now!
I'm going to rise the nuclear output soon, so the build costs make sense. Expect the fluid reactor output to triple, the electric reactor about double. Only mox and thorium will not rise as much.
Blood, please add alternate recipe for tin cables and red alloy cables to assembler with molten rubber.
Wait, that is a thing? Putting Cables into molten Rubber to insulate them?
In GT 5.09.xx i changed some stuff. ULV cables are now insulated by paper, LV by wool. Rubber is basicly LV tech now, a bit more difficult to produce.
The rubber recipes for them got removed because of the recycling recipes of them.
Rebalance turbine rotors? Uh oh. What kind of changes? Will this come back to 5.08.xx?

Yes, will also be for 5.08.
Currently only "large turbines" and a few materials make sense to use. A rebalancing is needed to make more usable combinations.
Will there still be turbines with 32000eu/t in a plasma generator? If yes i could design in peace and choose a new rotor later, at the moment i plan with huge naquadah alloy turbines...
Consider lowering plasma flow rates while keeping durability high. Buff durability of most steam configurations. Tsteel rotors really make the most sense. Maybe nerf efficiency a smidge there idk.
Why not push all the changes at once on GitHub? You can create a new branch "dev" on GitHub, to your last edit can be seen, as well as to separate the stable and dev builds.
And another question: why not use Jenkins?

I want to finish adding some stuff before uploading the source. But will be done soon.
Also next update:
GT 5.09.08
Added Battery Chargers (Battery buffers that charge 16x faster).
Oil Drill now lowers a mining pipe(need to be supplied in the GUI).
Added Air to Nirogen, Oxygen, ... recipe.
Finished Advanced Miner II (Same structure as Oil drill. Can mine GT Ores with about 2x efficiency).
