You should also calculate the time needed for all that. I don't know how much time the preceding steps take for the fusion path, but the last step takes 144 minutes to make enough neutronium for 1 ingot, while the replication path takes 29.6 real-time days per dust at Low Voltage or 1.85 real-time days at Insane Voltage.

The main choking point of Neutronium fusion is sourcing and processing Naquadria given the scarceness of Naquadah Ore Mixes Veins.Les start from a Naquadah ore mix vein.

Sporadicly Enriched Naquadah Ores (l10%) of oresSo statistically 1 Ore from vein is 9/10 (81/90) Naquadah Ore, 1/10 (9/90) Enriched Naquadah Ore
With optimal processing steps (crushing, washing, thermal centrifuge, crushing):
1 Naquadah Ore is 2 (180/90) Crushed Naquadah Ore, 1/10 (9/90) Enriched Naquadah Dust
1 Crushed Naquadah is 1 (90/90) Purified Naquadah Ore, 1/9 (10/90) Enriched Naquadah Dust
1 Purified Naquadah Ore is 1 (90/90) Centrifugated Naquadah Ore, 1/9 (10/90) Enriched Naquadah Dust
1 Centrifugated Naquadah Ore is 1 (90/90) Naquadah Dust, 1/10 (9/90) Enriched Naquadah Dust1 Enriched Naquadah Ore is 2 (180/90 Crushed Enriched Naquadah Ore, (9/90) Naquadah Dust
1 Crushed Enriched Naquadah Ore is (90/90) Purified Enriched Naquadah Ore; 1/9 (10/90) Naquadah Dust
1 Purified Enriched Naquadah Ore is 1 (90/90) Centrifugated Enriched Naquadah Ore; 1/9 (10/90) Naquadria Dust
1 Centrifugated Enriched Naquadah Ore is 1 (90/90) Enriched Naquadah Dust, 1/10 (9/90) Naquadria DustSo after Ore Processing:
Naquadah Ore Part:
1 Naquadah Ore from vein is:
81/90 × 180/90 = (162/90) 1.8 Naquadah Dust
81/90 × 180/90 × (10/90 + 10/90 + 9/90) = (52.2/90) = 0.58 Enriched Naquadah DustEnriched Naquadah Ore Part:
1 Enriched Naquadah Ore from vein is:
9/90 × 180/90 = (18/90) 0.2 Enriched Naquadah Dust
9/90 × 180/90 × 10/90 = (2/90) 0.022222222~ Naquadah Dust
9/90 × 180/90 × (10/90 + 9/90) = (3.8/90) 0.042222222~ Naquadria DustOn average, an Ore from Naquadah Ore vein mix gives:
(162 + 2) / 90 = (164/90) 1.822222222~ Naquadah Dusts
(52.2 + 18) / 90 = (72.2/90) 0.78 Enriched Naquadah Dusts
3.8 / 90 = 0.042222222~ Naquadria Dust=== Dust Processing from the above:
(164/90) 1.822222222~ Naquadah Dusts centrifuge into:
(164/90) × (50% × 1/9) = (41/405) = 0.101234568~ Enriched Naquadah Dust
(164/90) × (10% × 1/9) = (41/2025) = 0.020246914~ Naquadria DustCentrifugated Enriched Naquadah Dust
((72.2/90) + (41/405)) × (50% × 1/9) = (12548011/250000000) 0.90345679~ Naquadah Dust
to optionally re-centrifuge recursively into (12548011/250000000) × (50% × 1/9) = 0.002788447~ Enriched Naquadah Dust (marginal) and negilgeable (12548011/250000000) × (10% × 1/9) = 0.000557689~ Naquadria Dust (anecdotic)((72.2/90) + (41/405)) × (10% × 1/9) = 0.010038409~ Naquadria Dust
=== Finally, One Ore from Naquadah Ore Mix can be processed into:
0.042222222
+ 0.020246914
+ 0.010038409
+ 0.000557689
= 0.073065234 Naquadria DustsFusion of 1 Neutronium Ingot consume 16 Naquadria Dusts
That make for mining and heavy processing 218.982395923 Non-renewable hard to reach rare Ores from Naquadah Ore MixesConsidering this, even with parallel processing, arrays, miners, the fusion process is a dead-end waste of time and resources.
And by doing so, you convert all your Naquadah Ores into Naquadria, so you are not able to use it as Enriched Naquadah into Naquadah Reactors. This is 100% processing total conversion. -
Hello there. I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I am having issues getting my game to load a world when I have GT5 Unofficial installed. I'd appreciate any help! I am using the latest version of forge

Please use a Pastebin service and give here link to your crash report.
There is nothing to help you other than wild random divination from the bazillion possible causes to having your world not load, if you don't. -
That's the thing...it is not generating a crash report. I click "Create New World" and it starts and then boots me back to the title screen. I have tried multiple times, but the game does not crash

Those two files may contain some clues:

fml-server-latest.log -
To expand on one of your neutronium suggestions:
We really should have machines that scale past IV voltage, possible LuV, ZPM, UV and MAX too.

Are GT largeboilers slowly using more fuel over the time when run with normal water? My pyrolysis setup was stable for hours, its calculated to the tick, so there shouldnt be a change in fuel level. But after like 10h the alumentum buffer started decreasing...
-
No, there are no efficiency issues when using normal water for large boilers. Maybe maintainance issues to be fixed?

Hi,
I'm just trying out v5.09.21.
I'm a bit confused about the Electric Blast Furnace at the moment. The first thing that seems weird to me is that both the Input and Output Hatches look now like liquid input/output stuff and do not have more slots for input or output anymore.
Have I missed there something?
Also I have seen that hot tungstensteel ingots are now made from tungstensteel dust and not from tungsten ingots and steel ingots anymore. But there is no recipe (at least for me) to mix tungsten dust and steel dust together to get tungstensteel dust. Should there be a recipe for that, maybe in the Mixer? Or should it work like before and i have just missed something in my EBF configuration? -

Hot tungstensteel ingots can still be made from tungsten ingots and steel ingots, it's just that the recipe for doing that might not be the first one that comes up in NEI. You've got 4 pages of recipes for hot tungstensteel recipes, right?

Thank you for the hint with the buses! That works well.
But unfortunately there must have been a recipe change for Tungstensteel Ingots somewhere. When I add both tungsten ingots and steel ingots into the import bus only the steel ingots are processed - into industrial steel ingots.
And I'm getting only three recipe pages: one for small tungstensteel dust, one for tiny tungstensteel dust and one for normal tungstensteel dust. Therefore the question remains how to get the Tungstensteel Dust. -

Such a modpack might also have a special way of making tungstensteel dust, which would be unknown to those not using the modpack. There's also https://github.com/Blood-Asp/GT5-Unofficial/issues/480, which I am currently unable to replicate.

I'm playing with a lot of mods that I have arranged myself. And yes, you're right, one of them - WaterPower - added that Industrial Steel stuff and its recipes. That might have caused my issue with Tungstensteel now.
Is there a simple way for me to add a recipe to the mixer, that mixes one steel dust and one tungsten dust into two tungstensteel dust? Otherwise I'll do that with a recipe adding tool that adds recipes for the the standard crafting table.
And I'll inform the mod author of WaterPower about that issue. -

Anyway, to add recipes to the mixer, you'll need GTTweaker.

It may be caused by messed up things at e.g. server restart. Ill try to nail it down, but thats hard since it allways behaves well when im watching... -
It seems that Enriched Narquadah causes some "potion" effects upon mining. Unfortunately those effects seem to be too many at once and the game crashes with a "java.util.ConcurrentModificationException" upon player ticking.
Here is the crash log: http://pastebin.com/LaENBE5E
Is there any way to either turn off those effects one by one within the config file so that I can mine that Enriched Narquadah without crashing the game or are there some special equipment parts or enchantments that negate the potion effects of the Enriched Narquadah? -

It's been a while since I've dealt with enriched naquadah, and even then it was blocks I placed via creative mode so I could find out the mining level, but I think you can prevent the potion effects from starting by wearing a hazmat suit. Something along the lines of a Forestry Miner's Backpack, which tries to grab the ore blocks before they go into your regular inventory, and can transfer the contents directly to a chest without going through your normal inventory, might work as well, but I'm less certain about that. -

I'll try them out and let you know how they work.
But on the other hand those effects shouldn't cause game crashes at all... -
Hi,
I need some advice with the EBF. I created two EBF with HV components and they are working fine so far.
Now I created another two EBF with IV components. The configuration is exactly the same. But those two refuse to work.
Muffler Hatch on top is free and points in the right direction. The complete maintenance is done. Heat Proof Casings are the same like for the EBF with HV components. I'm using Nichrome Coils.
The EBF Controller shows no issue so far.
What am I missing there?EDIT: This really seems to be IV related. I replaced the IV components of the new EBF with HV components and the necessary power supply and now the new EBF are working. But why aren't they working with IV components?
EDIT2: EV components work fine, too.
EDIT3: It seems that IV components and all higher voltage components than IV do not work on EBF at least for me. Is there any pollution system behavior possible, maybe that the output of the Muffler Hatch has to be connected to some kind of pollution cleaning system?
EDIT4: It looks like the limit is exactly at 2048 EU/t. As I understand it should be possible to add a second or third Energy Hatch to multi block machines like the EBF to allow them to accept more EU/t. I tried to add a second EV Energy Hatch to my new EBF but then they refused to work.
But ist that limit supposed to be that way or seems something to be wrong on my side?
I would really appreciate some hints there. -
