I have the same error. Forge: 9.10.1.870, IC2 Exp: 2.0.169.

I am very curious: how are people building the solar panels when you can't obtain iridium or uumater in IC2?

No, you got it wrong. There's a hard recipes mode in Advanced Solar Panels. The easy recipes don't require uu-matter or iridium.

Even though it points at my addon, when I delete Advanced Solar Panels, it works fine. Are you overriding IC2 API?

EDIT: checked ASP's jar. IC2 API is fine. That is really weird. Needs investigation.
