Forum reorganized

Decided to order stuff according to its popularity/activity, with the exception of "General Discussion" being the first one, given it's sort of the forum's main forum.

Again a new reorganisation, and that 10 secs after i log in. Now all the already read/"marked as read"-Threads are fatprinted again. Oh and all the Stickies are sank to the Bottom of their Subsections.

Just upgraded to WBB 3 - need to fix some stuff..

The Reportbutton is a bit missplaced, i hit it permanently, instead of Quote or Edit.

look at the bottom right, there is a nice "Rate Thread"-Function.

Edit: Why is IC² 1.96 not listed in the Public Releases, but on the Wiki?

Maybe its a Bug, but a User can login twice, or something similar.

I saw on the bottom of the Mainpage, while checking if someone will do something important before i log off, that there is one User listed twice. Both links are going to the same Profile.

I dont think that its the Users fault, but i would like to know, how this minor Bug can happen, because i tried to replicate it.
