  • Thanks for the tip on the Cyclic Assemblers that works for fixing the lzh's but I still have an issue with refilling the uranium in my nuke plant, a router won't work for that purpose :( if I want to swap in new uranium cells it won't work if a lzh wears fast, it used to work fine with the old system because with the injectors you didn't have to swap out the lzh's, so nothing moved, you only had to swap out the uranium :) so it was fully automated, unless you guys know something I don't, I'm not trying to complain I'm just saying the injectors was a great mod :) hate to see it go, but if theres a alternate way to fully automate a nuke plant I'm all ears :) Thanks for the quick replys btw.

    Did you try the insert mode, "insert into slot 0/1/2/..."

  • Maybe I'm looking at the wrong router? The one I see only has colors in it when I right click it, item router?

    Factorization routers? The ones made from Dark Iron Ingots, Ender Eyes and Eggs?

  • So, I tried the new MFFS, and I was disappointed. There is no documentation and it isn't intuitive at all. I think I'll just go back to ARS.

  • Finally figured out my optimal advanced Tesla Coil system but it seems like using arrows in the programmable filter is useless. I wanted to do this so people couldn't target with arrows when I wireless redstone into 'kill mode'. It seems like fired arrows are targeted by the tesla coil but it cannot 'kill' them. Worst of all is when they land the coil constantly fires at the grounded arrow until you pick it up.

  • 55.1.3:

    • Arrows and other projectiles can be destroyed by industrial tesla coils.
    • Destroying a projectile always costs 500 EU instead of using as much EU as possible.
      It's also faster than attacking a player or mob.
    • Industrial tesla coils use a whitelist of entities to attack, instead of a blacklist - they won't attack any unrecognised entities. All living entities are whitelisted, this only random things like Buildcraft quarry arms (which I previously had to put in a special exception for).
    • Fixed empty 1 and 2 sections being created in config file.

  • I have one bug, one 'issue', and one suggestion.


    1. Double clicking any inventory slot in any of your machines (such as Forcefield core) results in a crash.


    2. At a distance projectors don't seem to respond unreliably. This makes player detection triggering difficult.


    Suggestion: A 'then' token for the industrial tesla coil. This would make things like if the coil detects a player and item then kills arrows for example. Could also be used as a player detector if the then statement is a redstone signal, which would make the coil output redstone if conditions are met, etc.

    • Updated to Minecraft 1.6.2.
    • Removed deprecated blocks: reactor containment field projector, EU injector, reactor connector.
    • Fixed crash when double-clicking slots.


    1.6 changed quite a bit of code, so back up your worlds just in case when updating.

    How far away?
    If it's over 160 blocks it's probably because of chunk loading, which isn't my fault.

  • I haven't tried new version because no GT update and I'm very dependent on that. In 1.5.2 version being about 20 blocks away redstone activation of the projectors takes between 5 and 8 seconds to respond. Being right by the projector switching a lever is much faster. It isn't a chunk loading issue because the distances I'm talking about are usually 20 -30 blocks away from projector.

  • Immibis, can you add a new projector with the same texture as the old nuclear forcefield blocks, that is the same as the Containment module in Thunderdarks MFFS? That's the only thing I've had trouble with in ARS that is possible in MFFS. Also, can you add support for modded blocks in the camouflage upgrade?

    I don't think ARS has been updated to support Ic2 Experimental yet (E-Net has changed in it, and its not finished)

    Is it possible to replace "Reinforced stone" to something different since latest IC2 disabled its crafting table recipe? (I know how to create reinforced stone in the world but this way is just not cool) Thank you.
