Forestry has been completely overhauled to version 3, and according to Covert, it was a world re-starting/breaking change (since nearly everything Forestry will disappear). The IC2 items were removed since they are unnecessary now. -

With the Forestry 3 stuff (also we should include some of binnies' new cool mods?) and the new TC stuff, a reset will need to be considered. We have the 3 servers, so I would assume something could be worked out. I, for one, and mixed on a reset. Not opposed, just mixed. Maybe we could do something like the first reset, if anything.

Indeed, no planned resets. If people want a reset they can jump server. I might add a 4th one. -
What is it with fastcraft, btw? What is the purpose of it if it is not even required clientside?

It reduces the lag, you can use it on the client as well to help there, but technically it isn't needed.

Increase server (and client) performance. TPS for the server, FPS for the client.

But, AFAIK, the "lag" comes from items, which are in the crafting grid, since every tick the recipe is checked. But, How often does someone use a bench longer than 10 seconds?
