even if its practical IRL its still imbalanced in ic2 you should probably drop the idea before these guys get out of control

If you are doing it right then you can get 3080EU (on average) out of a single piece of Dirt (or any other Material), so why a Dirtbatterie?

You need something that makes more that 3080 EU but a Singleusebatterie (you get 8 per crafting) is only 1000 EU and should be more efficient than a bit Dirt and a bit Tin. So it must be in this Interval:
X >3080
X <1000So, now you see the mathematical undefined space for adding your Batterie-EU-Balancement
