It's always compiled against the latest Forge. MC version should be self-explanatory by the version numbers. -
IC² is kinda "stuck". Unfortunately, it can seem like IC2 is dead especially considering there hasn't been an official release for some time now. But rest assured, IC2 is still being worked on.

(1.118 beta IC2 for 1.6.2) and report Bugs to http://bt.industrial-craft.net.in this context i clean up the Bug Tracker of old Issuse > 6 months or for very old version..and fix very old bugs like "Rename 4x Ins HV Cable -> Rename 3x Ins HV Cable"
