There was a message about forge breaking adventure mode perhaps that was the cause?
There is a mod called startinginventory or something similar that you could use to give players an axe

Because for some reason people aren't getting their axes upon spawning.
If you could fix that bug then I'd be happy to keep adventure mode in.
It's not like I can really do anything right now anyway, because my host is having issues. -
Temporary solution : a chest full of flint axes on the spawn, with a sign : Take one, and only one, you are going to need it.

Another solution for less trust worthy people
bunch of pressure plates at the spawn in a bedrock thing, triggering a command block which gives them both a flint axe and teleports them outside the bedrock thing

Lol, not spawning with a flint axe wasnt intentional? I just used creepers to get my first wood, then made some axes.

I somehow managed not to die to any of the 3 creepers I needed.
Edit: Plus using creepers was the only way to get wood at that moment.

You could have raided a village, but i doubt it is easy to find one, in time.

I never have luck with finding villages, I think I've found in the entire time I've played minecraft, probably 4 villages (not including superflat worlds).

I've found 2 villages on that server already; one of them, I took up residence in, and the other I raided on my way past, looking for Cassiterite.
What I was more concerned about was finding more diamonds than iron, after digging one surface->bedrock mine shaft.

Well it seems like everyone on the server has a lot more luck than me, for example, I was talking a bit with Pelemesh_KO, and he had found iridium within his first couple of minutes playing.

But when i dug down under my "base" i found 1more iridium ore. And i think chest with flint axes is the better solution than survivial mode. -

I accidently inverted the Condition at which is detected if the Adventure Mode has been broken or not. And yes there was detection Code for breking Adventure Mode which resulted just in a Chat Message.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but whenever I join the server I get kicked after being in game for a couple seconds, since the world is still loading I'm assuming its something in one of the chunks that gets loaded.

All I can tell is that there is an overflow of packets causing a disconnect. It happens even to me, even when I first created the world so there was no user placed stuff whatsoever. I have absolutely no idea what causes it nor do I know how to fix it. -
Oh, good to know, I was just assuming that it was something in a chunk because I had moved into a new chunk when I was first disconnected.
