Invultri, you should do these config changes as soon as you can:

It seems that latest GT re-enabled IC² generators.
@greg: force change these settings on IC² config if GT is installed, if possible. Thus you disable the usage of them, but still keep them as basic crafting items?
Btw, if redpower gets finished, maybe, we could ive it a try?
I would love to try it out, however I do not expect a version for minecraft 1.7.

The Generator thing is just because I defaulted the Config to enable the Generator, since it is used in almost every IC² Crafting Recipe for the different Generators.
I hoped we wont need IC2 generator, since yours will alter them all

COG, PFAA and UB should work on both 1.7.2 and 1.7.10 for example.
Baubles is updated, and Carpenter's Blocks has a beta build out that seems pretty stable.

I like it more than VoxelMap. You need to craft it ingame, and then you can put markers on the map and other stuff, and its great.
After that it's a matter of opinion, because not everyone thinks that minimaps are a bit cheaty, and/or feels out of place. And minimaps have the advantage of not requiring it server side.
Markers and minimap - clientside choice. Don't think they should be here "by default".

And btw Voxelmap is probably sort of maybe dead. Its been taken down.
