it´s really easy to install these mods together (btw spc have some bugs with MCF).
you should read the installations instructions of these mods, they aren´t so hard to understand
I don't get why 'everyone' has problems with dropping contents of .rar archives into the minecraft.jar
there is no problems with mods installation bc2.1 ic209 rp1.7 work fine at same time.
It's amazing with all the 'how to' videos out there and written out instructions, I still get spammed daily on youtube with questions on how to install stuff. (AMG BLACK SCREEN ITS BROKEN FFFFFF)
It honestly wouldn't be too hard to just plop all the files together and have some sort of installing system (likely with a batch file), but I'm not sure if that would be against the copyrights.

Actually, I'm on a Mac, so it would be a .sh or a .command, but I just figured more people would understand a batch file. 
there is no need in batch file just to copy everything into mods folder...
If you wanted to make a modpack then you would have to ask the developer and that takes time
