Fires beams of Ultrahigh decibel soundwaves damaging everything around, but only destroys blocks that are in the way of mining ores specified, Saving the massive holes in the land. As a Balance point it can auto Macerate them (Sound crumbles it to dust) so you cant iGrind it. -

Well it IS Infinite Night Vision Potions
Nano helmet is pretty easy (Especialy with GT) , So is an advanced circuit, the only "Costly" Thing in there is the Heat Exchangers costing a diamond each. -

Probably the same. No idea, not released yet.
Although i doubt i would ever use them after i get my Haste 4 Boots of Traveler and Quantum Legs, max speed in water is 35 Blocks a second o.o
