Fair enough. From the stacktrace it does seem to fail in some way loading the classes... not sure why. Does minecraft launch with forge but without any mods installed ? -
yes minecraft run fine wothout mods and i make something,
in advanced options i give +ram to java and it start but keep loading in mojang logo alooot of time like 20 minutes and the game dont start(now the game dont crash but the game keep in "MOJANG".
i have 4 GB Ram....maybe i need moar?

You assigned enough permgen Space? Because permgenspace is the thing where Classes are loaded into, while RAM is the thing storing all the Data of the Variables.

All you have to do is waiting , are you sure you grabbed the config file from the OP? Maybe your game has to load every single config and the one from GregT takes a bit more time on some computers than the others. "Congratulations, you've waited long enough. Have a cake " should appear in the game's log if everything went according to plans. -

4GB should be fine. 1GB heap + 256M perm + 45M JVM internal + ?? < 2GB. Do make sure not to assign to much memory however, the JVM needs it as a single block and will crash out if you assign to much (however I do not think that is the case here). 20min of waiting does sound like you are near the memory limit but I do not have an arcane eye into your computer

Engine recipes don't seem to be showing on K3, Forestry Engines. They can be crafted still though if you put the recipe in

You need this mod called NEI integration by tonius, of simplyjetpacks fame. It is the successor to the nei plugins mod from 1.6.4 which did the same job for forestry machines.
