Just stumbled across a website which works out the exact probability of getting a type of IC2 crop from what crops are being cross bred. Guess some people really did want all the answers.

Crops are from alblaka-era , very old. They're fully functional and GT extends them to the point they can be awesome just like xtra bees, but requiring waaaaaay more effort.

Even if KingLemming's statement about IC2 upgrades is fair, in IC2 you can't power a macerator or any machine by punching a clockwork engine, even if the latter comes from another mod.
Also, spamming solars is not exactly a panacea, especially on SMP. -

I've talked with imer some times regarding my administration rights over the forum.
What about allowing me, GregoriusT, SirusKing, thunderdark and player to post stuff (mainly IC2 updates) on the industrial-craft.net website (also the wiki). Thus I could at least fix some stuff (mainly the download links) on the wiki (and maybe update some outdated stuff).

We'd been saying that we'd update since IC2 started changing things in experimental but no one ever did. If some one actually did though, then FTB would have a fit. Suddenly their secondary criticism of IC2 would be gone!
