so i'm liking the new wind turbines. they look great mounted on the side of a building, the internal storage is a big plus, and put out plenty of EU. Main thing is not to let the storage fill and waste energy.
10/10 and i'm only running wood yet.

Hello there, I'm here to set you up for your 500th comment! I mean uh...how's IndustryEX going?
On another note, I've completely missed all of my milestones
@Choco: I will only join your pool party if we're swimming in UU

IndustrialEx is still WIP I was going to release it, but it doesn't seem complete enough.

So i'm going to toss this out there as a conversation fodder, since the Experimental branch seems fairly stable now:
Perhaps IC2E should go back to large releases instead of a multitude of incremental updates.
The next big update i see coming is full functionality returning to the EU system (Read kabloooeey!), and something tells me (java senses) it is going to be buggy before it gets better as all things are.
Once EU is back to full functionality, i imagine the devs are going to play around with other features without committing anything for a while, with a "here's version 1.0 of IC[x]!" Heck, i'd even say IC3 at this point given the difference between IC2 and the current IC2E.
Thoughts?

Pretty sure once the E-net was done completely that it'd move to IC3. The next big update coming though I presume is Thunderdark's crop overhaul. I like the constant revisions and updates, you get stuff faster and can fix bugs faster because of it.
-
Updates have been kind of inactive, this means we'll get a huge update soon, or IC2Ex is dead

omg no new ic2 in 3 days rip in peace thunderdark

i suspect he is taking a small break or planning the final Enet push?
i hope there is a config option added to allow us to turn it off just in case
-
Why would you want to turn that off? That's the main attraction of IC2

Inactivity usually means that nobody had time to do shit. That even works for Eloraam, who just didn't had time. Even though I doubt it is as extreme in our case.
People have stuff to do IRL, or they just prefer playing MC for a while, before starting to mod the next tiny thing they miss into the Game.
-
Thunderdark was working on crops on a private build section, which with his work/life means he's probably getting stuff done, but nothing that we can see.
