I actually didn't think about that. For me it was clear that if they move to another programming language, they will kill the game.And since 2.5 billion dollars is a lot, even for Microsoft, to just kill a game, I don't think they'll do that.

What if they move it to the unreal engine?
That implies moving it to C++, whicht I think they won't do beause of the reasons above.
The unreal Engine as well as all other common Graphics Engines are not capable of rendering things as efficient as Minecraft or similar Cube based Games do. This is because Minecraft is optimised for Blocks.
Guess why Minecraft Maps in First Person Shooters avoid having irregular Block Models and instead do the Flat Area with 100 Block Textures on it Trick. You will never see a Game like Minecraft on those Engines.

THAT was the Map I was referring to. I saw it on the Charity Livestream of Mindcrack last year.
Those Engines are good for pre-rendered Models, but horrible for dynamic Stuff.

I once had a problem with one of my mods that after dropping an item, the client was stuck in a dropping loop. The amount of items on the ground caused even the best computers to get less than 1 FPS. The server was perfectly fine though.

So I try to do a jool mission, but fail at the 5k delta-v required to get their, as i want to send landers for all 5 moons, otherwise it would be boring. maybe I'll just do a "proof of concept" for what i told a friend of mine when we were speculating about what we would do in case of a zombie apocalypse.

It has no chance other than working. Player gave me an idea of checking fore FakePlayers way more reliably.

if you have enough fuel to get close to the moons, try slingshotting around a moon and into the atmosphere to aero-break. you may have to make multiple orbits of the planet, but you might be able to land if you can maneuver your craft to not burn up.
I know. but I fail to get 5k delta-v in a craft consisting of a tylo and a laythe lander, a vall lander and 2 pol and bop landers(interchangeable, as they have very similar delta-v requirements), and a crew compartment for getting back. mainly because i have to launch the thing, too. I think I'll build a ExL on the mun first.
